Making life changes are difficult but the reward of not being held any longer by unresolved pain is worth it. God’s love and power are deeper and wider than anything you have experienced. I have struggled through deep insecurity and pain as many people have. Whether the struggle is with self-criticism. relationship issues, anxiety & depression, trauma or unresolved pain, we can face it together. God’s continued healing of my own journey of hopelessness and sorrow has well equipped me to understand and walk with you through yours. I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you.
